It’s a joke. But really might be a good idea to have our hearing tested from time to time. Especially if one likes to listen at loud volumes.

I've always listened at low volumes and I noticed some low frequency loss in my right ear. Sad. Only 41.

I'm almost 43 and I have a fall off at 12 KHz and tinnitus in my left ear. Thankfully I've never claimed golden ears. :-)

Oh god no, I lock mine away and try to deny it. Really... it has become dire over the past couple of years.
