Spent the afternoon today building the risers for the tweeter horns and doing some sanding.

Looks like a commercial shop. Where do you do your work on these?

Holy crap, that midrange will be insanely efficient. Already has a super strong magnet and close to 100db efficiency.

Yeah, it's a killer shop. It's in "downtown" Sebastopol in the old Ford dealership service garage which was retrofitted into mixed light industrial+retail a few years ago. It's got a pretty complete wood shop, 119 watt laser cutter, 3d printers, jewelry studio, and a bunch more.

@Serious: yeah, ~110dB efficiency is going to be pretty demanding in terms of noise floor. I'm already struggling with a ground loop-ish noise issue with the JLH69 that's going to be powering these horns.
