I'd just bring some Bob Marley, some Brazilian Jazz and Samba, maybe a Mozart record or two. As much as I respect and love Radiohead, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin etc I don't really need anything that depressing, melodramatic or heavy on a deserted island.

Give me some easy going music and bring on the rum.

luckybaer just reminded me that I overlooked Led Zep I & II. Also, overlooked Steely Dan's Aja. Very thankful I don't have to choose a small list in real life.

A Night in Tunisia is great. But the opening drums on Caravan is mind blowing on big speakers. Reminds me of the old Memorex commerical with the guy with hair blowing in front of a speaker.
