Shocked I didn't see this but definitely worth a mention:

Monster with No Name (Psycho Pass)

    Movin! (Bleach)

Man with a Mission (Log Horizon)

    This is definitely off-tune.

Too bad the anime for it was complete rubbish.

Here's some of Kajiura Yuki's stuff from Kara no Kyoukai:

Same composer, this time with the vocal group Kalafina (Fate/Zero, but shows a different anime in the video):

And more supercell (not actually from an anime...):

To be fair all the series I posted were pretty terrible

(Some music by one of my favourite composers from one of my favourite VNs by one of my favourite illustrators)

The heck, we're allowed VN tracks too?

From Umineko no Naku Koro ni, one of the best thingies I've come across in any storytelling medium.

    From Clannad After Story.

I would hope so, it would be lame to limit it to just anime.

I'm honestly surprised that SBAF has any VN readers at all.

This album is great across the board for me. The later supercell / egoist stuff is good, but is a bit more uneven. IMO.

Agreed. The Egoist album only had maybe 2 songs that I liked and yanaginagi no longer sings for supercell :/

Rising popularity with so much stuff being put on Steam by (terrible) publishers like Sekai Project.

Ironically the best supercell album is yanaginagi's worst album.

Not exactly anime but I know some of you guys are probably interested in some japanese doujin and touhou arrangements. Comiket 89 is coming in about 2 weeks, and there's lots of new music to listen to. I'm making a series of posts for some previews and anticipations for the upcoming new albums. Check out the first post here! Are there any upcoming comiket 89 albums that you guys are interested in?

Yeah... I know, I'm trying to promote my blog. But I'm trying to share some music too, honest! I hope it's okay, since I don't get anything out of my blog except for personal satisfaction.

The ONLY good remix from the album. Really, Nhato is the only one who manages to retain the sound of the original arrangement while adding his own style to it.
