    It would like the US Supreme Court throughout history. Some good decisions and some bad decisions, only later to be corrected. Justices make a determination by their own value system, their beliefs, by gut, and then wrap it in intellectual brocade.

    Back a long time ago I was sent to a management course for junior officers and senior enlisted. The instructor asked this very very very senior Marine Corps sergeant what he would do to someone who did something wrong in front of the commanding officer.
