Extending the headband 1 more notch on each side fixed any minor discomfort I had with the earpads. When I tried it a few days prior I thought maybe it made them too far extended. It turns out I was wrong. There is no longer any pressure from the earpads on my ears at all. This in turn also makes the clamp feel even nicer rather than a touch tight.

My ears still touch the baffles a little but as previously mentioned it's not really annoying like on the AD2000.

I'm glad no one was interested in buying these. Helped me realize that I made a mistake listing them so quickly.

Thought I'd share these graphs that someone found of the ADX5000 on a Korean website. I'm providing the HD800S graphs too as the compensation they use is a bit different than I'm used to. Helps to have a frame of reference that a lot of people know.

There are also uncompensated frequency response and impedance graphs on the website.

Edit: seems like the pic links are broken. Perhaps because I just linked to the URLs on the Korean site. Just removed them. Check out the links if you'd like.

Also reviving this thread because I've heard 3-4 different pairs over the last 2-3 years now and each and the more I've listened to these, the more I'm surprised I like them stock... but same thing, have we found the "crazy good mods" for these yet or have we just settled on another HP that can sound the same/similar but have "better-er" performance and technicalities (modded or stock)?
