That's such a tasteless post, you have your own thread, do not pollute this one with unethical business practices ("we made the best diy headphone in the world" in the Verum thread), this is an audio forum, not Aliexpress.ru

 

I think that, since SBAF is a relatively small forum compared to most, loads of people here have already seen your thread and given it consideration. The reason why this one gets a fair amount of traffic (understatement) is that @Garuspik's a bit further along in development and has prototypes flying around— prototypes that have been getting a great deal of praise, mind. He's worked his ass off on these and I'm just one of many excited to get ears on the Verum.

As an aside, what would be the proper plural form for these, Vera? Verums?

That said, I think that your drawing attention to yourself in this manner is impolite. This isn't a YouTube comments section, after all. Put a beta sample together, ship it to a trusted member with a measurement rig (you can find most of them in this thread!), and interest will come. The good kind of interest, if it performs well, the not-so-good kind if it doesn't*


*I just realised this sounded much more ominous than intended, sorry. Really though, I wish you luck and hope others on here get to hear what you've come up with!

 

Dude, f**k right off with that. Either do your own marketing and get the product out on people's ears, or shut up and enjoy your headphones alone in your basement.

This thread is about Verum. You made a thread about your own headphones already.

Until you can get them into people's hands, make a plan for production, and give people a price, these will just be homemade Oppo planar clones with a Blue Lola headband clone.

You should be treating Verum like a colleague in this business and show some respect, because together you can both benefit from being in the same sector in the same country.

If you feel your product is good enough to show off, put your money where your mouth is and let one of the measurebators have a go with your headphone. If you want to get more ears on it, offer it up as a loaner to members here, "Friends" if you want to.

It looks like you have a finished product but nothing else that you posted interests me, the measurements lack resolution and we don't have a reference for your measurement rig.

 

I know @Nanotech a little bit. Not personally, but once we've sent to each other different films for headphones. And Ukraine isn't a big country for 2 individuals that share same exotic hobby not to hear about each other
Unfortunately, I haven't seen (and heard) his headphones. All I know that style of promotion on Ukrainian forums is the same - " i've made the best headphones in human history"
