    Looking to sell my asgard 2, Haven't used it since my first listing. but I am looking into other hobbies and would like to make some space for those.

    Last price was 80 I got this for 160.

    Not leaving the hobby, pretty happy with my Grados 60e on my motu m2, and YPH3 on a Vali 1. The asgard doesn't have enough gain for the Yamaha headphone so its leaving. Just listening to myself and reducing my boxes.

    My new hobby is the podcast, looking to pick up a microphone.

    Can you describe how it differs sonically vs the Asgard 3, if you have heard both? I have been considering getting a solid state amp in the next tier up from the Magni for the office.

    Never had the 3, Just the 2. My headphone amps are a Vali 1 and my Motu interface. I used to get groundloops with a modi back a year or two ago, but it was fine with the bifrost 1.

    Asgard 2 will be warmer and smoother than Asgard 3. It is a step up from Magni IMHO. Less grain in the mids and certainly less aggressive sound.

    Plug this in and I am hearing distortion in the left channel, not sure why so im just gonna close this.
    Offer still stands, but it might need some work. Saddening really.
