    yeah definitely i was, chatted with bionicle about it as well. but i'm exercising self-control, of which i have very little, and waiting for the time i can get an Yggdrasil instead. so i'll stay on as a silver Gungnir Multibit guy for the time being. if i were wealthier, i'd buy it in a second.

    I will say, outside of the USB implementation and slight tonal differences, I find my Gungnir multibit to be pretty much indistinguishable with all of my Redbook content (95+% of my library) when compared to the Yggdrasil I owned previously. I consider this to be the sweet spot for high end DACs and don't regret my decision to downgrade at all.

    I downgraded to Gungnir Multibit and have been just as pleased. I feel that the slightly warmer presentation of the Gungnir Multibit is better suited to my preferences.
