This is an exact copy of the Decware SE84 circuit but uses Transcendar headphone output transformers. It also has what Decware calls anniversary mod's which consist of bypassing the PS and coupling capacitors. I also added a choke to the PS to reduce the hum. I've since changed the pot to a small stepped attenuator from China. The silver stuff inside is Dynamat to quell vibration.

Grommets under the power tranny, but none on the outputs.

So, this is what you've been upto! Still running the HD800 with it?

I hope it is still around if we are able to get together again.

Yep, still hooked on solder fumes. Tried rehab; didn't work. I'm too weak.

Still using the 800's. I would love to try, say LCD4's or Abyss Phi's, but out of my price range. I'm sure this amp would be killer with either.

This amp is going nowhere any time soon, if ever, so it will most definitely be at our next (if ever) meet.
