I know you guys have talked smack about us there, and there seems to be some lingering ill feelings on your part, at least it seemed so in the early days; but no one here at SBAF takes offense. We respect you enough that no SBAF member in good standing is going to make an account on your forum and stir up shit. Please return the favor. I don't think there needs to be a forum vs forum thing.

    Some background (at least from what little I know) on diyah for current members: Two of the guys Rabbit and Solderdude left CS and started diyah just before CS morphed into SBAF. I never spoke to these people one on one, but the gist of things was that they felt uncomfortable with the culture (general dickishness). I will admit, they were a loss for CS / SBAF. I feel bad that they felt that way, but it is what it is. People come, people go.

    What gets me is that I didn't know some of these feelings were so deep seated. The inferiority complexity stuff... Wow. Where did that come from?

    To be fair, DYAH had a stable userbase long before Changstar popped. I don't think its inception had that much to do with the environment @ Changstar.

    Yeah, I'm not totally sure. Just remember bitching (totally warranted) and then those two were there. There was a lot of stuff I don't or didn't know. Like Solderdude was the guy behind Garage1217 up to the point where I said the Ember was a POS a few weeks ago.

    Oh no it was POS, yea let's not minimize what was said because we aren't proud it was said. Remember I was banned for relentlessly and almost hyper aggressively praising/defending G1217 which I agree with the ban as my actions were stupid, still @Marvey stated the ENTIRE brand was shit and then blamed me for his actions... BUT thankfully, he retracted that statement,

    Gave the the Horizon a listen and found something praiseworthy about it. Which I'm happy for, the brand is good and they have products for every one, I'm happy Marvey was able to find something worth while in their product line!

    Oh shit. I believe Ian "No, I wasn’t a (CS) member" Craig is Rabbit @ diyah. Look up Rabbit's posts on the CS archive site. LOL. I don't know what happened. I remember Rabbit deleting his account, and maybe coming back again, and then deleting it again, or something like that. My memory fails me. I think Anaxilus might have crapped on him, so he still suffers PTSD. Or maybe I crapped on him. I know exactly what happened.

    I think it's more like if you exist, someone will find you to be an asshole. Or, we can all inspire not to be assholes, but someone somewhere is going fo find you to be an asshole. It's all relative. For example, a lot of people in the world see the Dalai Lama as a pretty nice guy. However, the Chinese Communist Party sees him as an asshole instigator. A lot of Westerners see the Chinese Community Party as evil, like the centralized command economy government of the Empire (Vader, Palps, etc.). However, the CCP sees itself as as a benevolent force that keeps China from fragmenting into chaos, like the warring Klingon houses at the beginning of ST: Discovery.
