I have an ECBA which is no longer under warranty, but still under my name in EC's record. There's some problem with the power supply so I needed to send it in. I wrote to Eddie Current, someone replied over the e-mail, and helped me remotely to trouble-shoot the problem. The problem remained, so I asked to send in the unit and asked for charged servicing. But there's no reply anymore after that. It's my first product from a "boutique" audio equipment company. So is it a norm that they just stop servicing old units?

Let me check. When was this? Craig might have fallen off his rocker again.

Hi Marvey, the last mail dated 10th Feb 2017. The unit is #47. I appreciate if Craig can get it fixed, it's such a great amp. Thanks!
