My DarkVoice really hasn't seen any use except as a test vehicle for loaners, and I don't feel it adds that much useful information to my reviews. For me, the ideal pairings (HD650/6XX/600) are already understood. It's a lively, fun sounding amp with some enjoyable euphonic quality.

I bought it mostly as a fun experiment and I'm finished with it. It has the Fitz Mod with the addition of a pair of 250 uF capacitors to reduce the hum issue exhibited by some new tubes. I won't guarantee you'll never hear any hum though, and some tubes, like the PsVane UK-6SN7, need dampeners to not have harmonic singing (I'll include a bag of dampeners). This is the model with additional pre outputs, although I think they sound pretty bad. This is a Chinese made OTL with no US safety certifications and I make no statement regarding the safety of this product other it has worked perfectly fine for me and I am aware of no issues with it, having opened it up and inspected it along with another engineer. The internal layout and construction are actually quite nice.

Lynx AES16 with custom cable
I rebuilt my computer and failed to realize the new mobo didn't have a regular PCI slot. My loss is your gain. Includes the AES16 card and also a custom cable I made which takes the 1st AES pair from the Lynx card and gives you a single XLR male connector so you can avoid dealing with a monstrous XLR octopus cable. Additionally, I'll add a Canare 110>75 ohm impedance changer ($45 value) and BNC cable so you can connect the Lynx from a computer to DAC's with BNC AES inputs like Gungnir. If you don't want the BNC capability let me know and I'll reduce the price. Otherwise, $120 net, all inclusive. Paypal. Shipping via USPS.
