FS: ECP Audio L-2

Update: Both Sold

I have two ECP Audio L-2 Amps that I've acquired in the last few years via circuitous trading ways. I don't use these now and need to clear shelf space for the new ECP amps. Offering each at $600 or any reasonable offer to friends until they sell elsewhere. Seriously, want to get rid of these, don't be afraid to make me an offer.

- Serial no. 12. Upgraded\new style umbilical cord from Dave S.; new output transformers purchased from Dave S; two sets of 6C45Pi tubes (one original, one new Sovteks that are not broken in yet).

- Serial no. 14. Upgraded\new style umbilical cord from Dave S; two original sets of 6C45Pi tubes. To my knowledge otherwise untouched inside.

Both sets are fully functional but look 'average' used for 6+yo; Not rough but some light scratches and smudges on top and sides, scratches on the bottom plates. The separate Power Supply unit for Serial no. 14 has a noticeable gouge on the top. These are NOT display condition. Buy them for the sound, which is great with the HD800 among others.

Matched pairs of new tubes can be purchased from VivaTubes for about $60 so the tubes and amps are presented as-is at this price.

@ogodei is the best. #12 shall adorn my desk sometime soon.

I shouldn't have spent money on another amp but this might displace the SPL Phonitor XE.

If it's as good as I hope it is, it could be a precursor to the T4 for me and I'll be sure to pay it forward on SBAF.
