    Happy huzzoween!

    I have two headphones to sell:

    1) Focal Elex - Mint shape, complete with box et. al.

    $500 + fees/ship

    2) Sennheiser HD800 - Not mint shape but still decent (I'd say 7/10 for paint chipping ~ I am very picky). Pads are very nice and clean, SE plug connector looks nice and not worn out. Early serial# in the 4,000's. Complete with box et al. Stock.

    $575 + fees/ship

    Can't believe there isn't a dedicated Elex thread yet. Such a good headphone.

    Also everyone wanting the HD800 but nobody showing the Elex love. It's a bargain for the sound at MSRP. $500 here is a steal.

    For example, I just wanted HD800 as reference for "well known detailed headphone". I don't need another headphone for actually listening music at this moment.

    Pending both phones btw.

    Elex is a fantastic phone. Weakness is delicate mids if you are a midrange lover but everywhere else is a great listen.

    Shove it a colored amp like Woo WA5 or ZDT Jr. Or gooey DAC with normal sounding amp. Problem fixed for Elex.

    I agree that even at regular price, elex is a bargain (but that's massdrop where hd650 is sold at $200).
    Currently hd800 and elex are the two headphones that I will keep for years.
