I think I enjoy buying and selling shit more than actually listening to it. So, I'm probably going to impulse buy a new Holo Spring 3, but in order to activate my hair trigger I should probably sell this one first. $1500 shipped to US48 only. Avoiding randos with no track record.

This is a Holo Audio Spring (first one) KTE Level 3 edition. It is the last version of this DAC release with the better XMOS XU208 USB input card. This USB input is an improvement over the original (I had the older USB input in another KTE Spring) but you can still get subtle improvements using I2S. I find this DAC to be better than the Gungnir MB A2 with Unison if that means anything to you. I also have some excellent DSD recordings so that feature is important to me. This DAC sounds incredible with proper DSD files. YMMV.

I just packed it up because I am moving soon. It ships as the DAC alone. No power cables or accessories. It is in flawless condition with no scratches, marks, and works perfectly.

I was really hoping I had enough restraint to not preorder the Spring 3. But I just preordered the Spring 3.

$1500 shipped for what is the best DAC you're going to get for $1500.
