SOLD: Monoprice Monolith Cavalli Liquid Gold

I love this amp, my impressions largely track @rhythmdevils I am just selling as I am really in need of an all-in-one, and the DAC in the Liquid Gold was just not up to snuff for me. I considered keeping it for my reference rig as it sounded great from the Yggdrasil, but I have taken my chain back to primarily SE gear, and I find I still prefer the SW51+ when it comes to expression/musicality. I primarily listen to 2 channel these days, so really only need one headphone amp in the rig.

This amp is basically brand new. I used for about 10 hours, and then I let it run driving the HD600 overnight for a few 10 hour overnight stints to burn it in. No more than 50 hours of runtime. Has been rock solid, no manufacturing defects or issues as far as I can tell. (Always a concern with monoprice) I would be willing to help with any needed warranty stuff if issues arrive, assuming a friend/contributor buys this amp.

I figured there are some folks interested in trying out this wonderful amp, but missed out on the sale, so passing along the savings. Looking for $550 (I cover CONUS shipping and paypal fees).

Great amp for this price. I’m listening to mine right now. Love it. Best SS amp I’ve ever heard. Great for those that want a natural sound or a reference amp.
