So. My work situation is suddenly changing, and I'll be traveling extensively in the upcoming 6-12 months and will unfortunately not be able to listen much at all. I'm therefore letting go of some gear to not have it just sit in the office.
    Heavy heart.... :(

For sale is my Mjolnir 2 - which is the EU 230V version. It was bought from the European distributor Sonority Audio in November 2016. It's in absolute mint condition and comes with stock tubes.

I will let this one go for $700, shipping and PP fee not included.

    BONUS:

I've got a pair of 1950's Siemens-Halske CCa and a pair of Telefunken E188CC's ready to ship with the amp as well. Both in original boxes and in spectacular condition.

For a buyer purchasing all of it I'll offer the package for $1000.

I haven't seen a late 1950's CCA with original green, beige, brown boxes online or anywhere else for that matter. This is an absolute mint pair that comes from a tube collector, and not an audiophile. They were not used when bought by me.

The Telefunkens has the bottom part of the outer box plastic wrapping still intact. They were only taken out for measurements before I got them and I've only tested them for functionality.

The tubes are just fantastic sounding both of them. The CCa's are the best I've heard, hands down. The Telefunkens come close but not all the way.

If the tubes are of interest only, I'm selling the two pairs for $500 including insured shipping anywhere but excluding PP fees.

To all having shown interest in the tubes, they've been spoken for, and he buyer has graciously agreed to give me a bit of time - I would really prefer to sell this as a package and I'll put this classified up on the other site as well to see if that can gain some more interest.
(Will have a higher price "over there")

@shipsupt I hate to say it, but this has now sold and can be moved.
I'll be out of SBAF for a while now. :(

@Changeling stay a while, kick your feet up and share your experiences.

btw what are you going to be using while you're traveling around for 6-12 months?

if you don't have a system yet and need something portable, maybe consider the andromeda with zx2 or ak120 (both ~=> 500ish).

Yeah I haven't had the time to consider this, but I think I'll use the dragonfly red and a pair of Phonak 232's that I've had for years.
This has been my portable setup for hundreds of flights as I'm usually far into workstuff when flying so not really focused on the music.

But yeah maybe I should consider this...

Your input about tubes and jazz will be greatly missed, please reconsider :(
