FS Uptone USB Regen w/ IFI iPower $125

SOLD: an Uptone Audio USB Regen in perfect working order. Included are the supplied USB A-B male adapter and an IFI iPower 9vdc power supply (which is a serious upgrade to the provided SMPS). Fear not that the Regen is marked 6-8 vdc input as this is widely known to work fine (as this one has for some time). Only for sale because I have switched my speaker system to S/PDIF input. Price includes PayPal fees and lower 48 US UPS ground shipping.

 

I was asked whether this was the improved amber (later) or original green (earlier) Regen. It is the later / amber / improved unit.

 

No love for regens on SBAF, or everybody has one?

Yeah, but then you wouldn't have bought the Jot, so... The Jot should be to you in a day or two and I hope you enjoy it. It is a great SS amp, but I guess I am just an old fashioned tube head. I bought it to use with IEM's, but I can't train myself to reach for IEM's at home with an HE-6 sitting there so it got minimal use. My IEM's remain portable use / travel items.

I may trot the Regen elsewhere (un-named) to sell if there is no interest here. I am trying to free up the funds for a Nuprime STA-9. Actualy recover rather than free up, because I have already bought it.

 

I love tubes, too. This is my first SS amp in ages.

And the HE-6...it's my dream headphone. One of these days...

Anyway, back to the Regen. Someone buy this!
