Have a meet on Saturday and I would like to bring my Yggdrasil. Any tips in transporting?

So it's a bit short notice and I was planning not to bring it but I have 2 headphone amplifiers with me and no extra DAC so I am contemplating on bringing my Yggdrasil. I would like to bring it warm so I was wondering how you guys go about doing this. I'm likely not going to do this again so I'm looking into a temporary solution. Perhaps something from Craigslist will suffice?

I was thinking of having a UPS(like this?) from my room to the car then a power inverter(this?) in the car to keep it running but I'm not really sure if these are okay.

I hope you guys can advice me in this.

    Thanks!

Wouldn't it be easier to use Y splitters to feed the signal from your other DAC into both amps?

As I've said I don't have any other DAC.

How far is the drive? I would avoid an inverter as most are stepping type and produce really crappy looking sinewaves. Go for the UPS option all the way, if the drive is 3 hours or less. Shouldn't need a crazy big UPS.

Whoops, misinterpreted "extra" in your first post. UPS is the only option as far as I know.

@zerodeefex made it fashionable to transport one's Yggdrasil to meets with a UPS in hand. At the L.A. meet, I checked in to the hotel the night before and plugged in my Yggdrasil. Then the next morning I made a mad dash in my boxers from my room down to the meet hall with the Yggdrasil and plugged her back in again.

    Get creative. ;-)

I am using 12v -> 220v inverter for this, as long you don't turn it off for long time, it will not cool down. Just 15 minutes to the car and 15 minutes to outside.
