    Hey all...

    I have a couple of gamer friends that are wanting some decent headphones, but they also want to be able to attach a mic to them for gaming. Are there any good options that would work with something like the Vmoda boom mic?

    I know the M100 is an option, but anything that isn't quite so bass-heavy or are they stuck in the world of Vmoda, Beats, etc.?

    focal spirit pro and the V-Moda XS are good options. I've also used the boompro with the original Paradox.

    MSR7 and NAD VISO HP50 also have a 3.5mm input, and I have heard both work with BoomPro. Either have decent sound-stage for closed backs IMO but have not gamed with them personally as I use opens for that

    Not interested in the AntLion ModMic because it would have an extra wire? I hear the Fidelios X1/X2 are good and fun.

    Don't know anything about the AntLion.

    Didn't know the Fidelios had 3.5mm. Those could be a great option.

    I use the Boompro with an Oppo PM-3 for adobe connect project chats. Works great.
