IC for Chennai Meet

While I am directing this specifically at the desis (and yes, Thad is a natualized desi), any one that is remotely interested to come to Chennai is welcome.

I have expressions of interest from Abhishek and Thad to attend. So its just the three of us for now and you can certainly bring a friend or two. I plan to invite two or three myself. I plan to bring the following equipment

P.S. We would be absolutely thrilled if the Messiah decides to show up to "inaugurate" an overseas SBAF meet. I will organize a full-blown Indian dressing gear for him, replete with headgear, pointed shoes, the works.

Anyday but "25th March - 3rd April" is fine by me. I'll bring along Guru's modded HP1 and the modded Adcom GDA600.

Thomas, how are you set up in April. We have not finalized dates at all. I am busy in March and Abhishek cannot make it until 3rd April. Aaanndd...you can mail your HD 800S to me...I will take good care of it...

I'm in England till November unfortunately. I'm on the list for the BW V2 so hopefully I can bring it to Chennai in case of future mini meets.

I thought you would have the HE-1000s by now....

 

I am not a big fan of the Hifiman's....except the HE 6. Oh shoot, I must add that to the list.

 

More or less any day would suit me. Don't want to miss the HiFiVision meet when it happens, to see some old friends again, but that isn't fixed yet.

I'm in an odd state of mind about my hearing and listening to music --- but I'll come and meet people anyway.

I'll bring my ODAC . We will stand in a circle (assuming there are enough of us) and chant the name of NwAvGuy until... we start hearing things. Or something!

No, seriously... I will! It has been known to be well received at audiophile meets. I can bring the little dirt-cheap HiFiMediy thingy as well and... Hmm (looks round) an iCan. Ganesh: add my AudioTechnica's to the list!
