    VIRGIN MUSICIAN

Buys lame keyboard for 100 bucks, learns fundamentals of music and song to listen to inferior organic live sounds that can authentically represent centuries of music

Needs to spend 5+ years mastering string shoving and button pressing to showoff music skills, very boring and can't watch high resolution 8k complex Japanese girl noises

Psychoacoustic-ally disadvantaged, can replay music sheets in his brain from years of hard practice and patience, huge pleb with no taste for music

Modifies sound through gay filtering devices, "native instruments komplete" for noobs, uses professional amplification and softwares to attenuate and tune sounds like a fag, poor investments

Dumb $5 robust 6.5mm cable with thickened rubber to prevent damage, compensating

    Doesn't understand music
'All music must be made through digital processes just as they are through microphone recording systems. Mastering my recordings through the use of music audio interfaces, speaker monitors, in hand with K240Df, ATH m40, CD900ST or other sensible consumer products, will allow me to produce music accustomed for the general public's devices'.

    vs

    CHAD AUDIOPHILE

Supreme hd800 and analog lightbulbs for $1000 to listen to superior 20 - 42000hz "imaging" frequency responses

Spent 3secs adjusting headphones and can listen to 8k highly complex Japanese girl noises with free hands

Pyschoaccoustically advantaged, doesn't learn music, embraces the true art of writing 700 word posts and looking at rainbow line charts

True music appreciator, spends 5+ years reading forum posts about imaginary noises "bright cold, warm, upper mids bass, lows highs ect."

Modifies frequency by buying different lightulbs and microchips.... $200 ALO 6core titanium plati-cables with 25mm gold conductor and russian attack helicopter copper metal, excellent financing stratergy, good investments

$50 improved 25mm plug for noodle arms to break when touched

    Understands music
'You need to have the purest audio pathway by using analog devices with no digital altercation, any change in the total frequency response is not neutral and therefore, your music is tainted with colouration and the system lacks transparency.'

Silly avatar, anime reference name and other posts would suggest this is just poor quality trolling.

I was hoping it was actually 700 words, major disappointment.

In my sadly limited experience of complex japanese girl noises, having free hands played a large part. Music played no part at all.

It was sadly limited because she was married, and not to me. WTF has this got to do with anything? As much as anything else on this page, I guess! Just another idiot shitpost.

I also guess that the OP might (vaguely, possibly) have some valid points. Somewhere. If one could be bothered to dig.

You should have kept it simple. Get a Koss PortaPro, go to Spotify, Tidal or whatever and play Prince's album "Purple Rain." Then if you still dare, pick up that instrument and course book and learn to play. Make that music.

I am sadly not in that position. I passed my 30-ties thus I must be more responsible.

I dare you to disagree with me.

If Prince's music does not make you tap your feet or dance, you are dead inside. Your loss.

I somehow rather doubt the person in the OP is sincere. Also, now I wanna listen to Starfish & Coffee again dammit

The world is so much a better place because of The Muppets and Sesame Street.

Not mutually exclusive, can have both:

Sub $1k decent quality fretless e-bass with decent and cheap Yahama mixer and well worn JBL instrument speakers and cheap Guitar Center cables (flexible and strong) in case I run over or trip over them. Use ghey devices like chorus and fuzz box to change sound. Can do lame things like play Bach pieces learned on violin embedded in brain from practice 30 years ago. Too old for k-pop, but listen to Madonna on VIRGIN MUSICIAN speakers.
    IMG_20190220_081140.jpg

Exotic horn powered by analog light bulbs pure signal pathway amp with EQ'd bass and silly phase plug to maximize neutralness of reproduction. Also writes 3000 words and rainbow plots to explain the science of headphone sounds in spare time. Too old for k-pop, but listen to Madonna on CHAD AUDIOPHILE speakers.

God, and to think I personally saw both of those in the same house. Both regularly used by this one person I know. Shame! He must have no taste at all! :p

    ...

I shall now go back to plugging my $1200 IEM into my phone with a $0.15 cable (confirmed by some Chinese dude I acquainted with on Taobao), and shall proceed to listen to k-pop through poor quality Apple Music streaming. At least that's a better way to waste 5 minutes than reading the 1st post.
