Are loaners still exclusively "Friend" status?

I saw the alert and was hoping they have gone to the next person on the list.

 

Over 15 days since the last noted movent of these.

 

Totally my fault.

USPS attempted delivery to the wrong address, sent me a notice without attempting redelivery, and I finally had redelivery scheduled for 8/10. That is when I received it. I can share tracking for proof is there is any question.

Apologies for lack of updates. I won't keep them the full 5 days since receipt.

Thanks for the update @E_Schaaf! No worries. Just wanted to make sure they were not missing.

The last loaner I was a part of they were hung up for 2 months.

Just want to share the current trouble.

Sundara was not delivered yet. Tracking history has been unchanged for one week. Today I contacted USPS and asked to find the package (I have no idea where it is now.. . Oh well).

Will follow-up soon.

 

I use usps, alot. Often they are the least expensive and quickest option. BUT...on a few occasions packages just drop off the map never to be seen again.

Take for instance, a tube amp that I bought. Made it to the local Atlanta hub on time and then...poof...gone. I did a missing package request and two months later, nothing. And then, one day it just showed up. Occasionally, usps sends me a notice saying that they are still looking for it...morons.

 

I finally got the loaner unit. Surely my inner distrust toward usps has increased. Maybe it's just a problem only for this local usps. I dunno...
