    FWIW, I inserted the included NOS tube, hooked up the inputs to my Bitfrost and turned it on. Worked like a charm. Never even tried the remote.

    @julie Can I be removed from the loaner for now - my schedule for May looks weird and I may end up delaying the loaner tour.

    If my schedule changes I would then request that I be re-added, if still possible, at that point.

    Glad it made it safe otherwise. I've not had a problem with Schiit knobs before so I am at a loss as to why this particular one is loose.

    They no longer use screws...just a compression fit that has worn out from all the shipping i suppose.
