Good tactics are good tactics.as long as you're not ethnically cleansing and making a point of targeting civilians. Professional killers are needed in this dangerous world. Can we get back to the music now?

That must be clearly sparated when discussing WW2, because the military strategies were nurtured at the start of 20th century in military academies. The bias of hate was add to well made technologies and strategies in Nazi Germany. The strategy and technology made them succesful (short lived success).

Like many have discussed, we have polarization and lack of empathy building up in the modern world. I think in part driven by badly regulated adbased tehnologies. Because everyone who uses social media and online content will be back feed some algorythm or Pay-per-click based content. Most of this just taking advantage of the subconcious mind. Dangerous combination. This is my fear anyway...

One of my favorite In Flames songs. Also Clayman is one of the first CD's I bought in high school. I remember walking to school with my sony walkman CD player blasting this CD every day for months.

Heard a story about Slayer and their Satanism on NPR over this past weekend, on This American Life; can use the embedded web player on that page to listen. Skip to about 9:30 for the relevant section which lasts for about 20 minutes. Insight from Bob Larson, who wrote the Spin magazine article on them published in May 1989.

So for all this arguing about the vices and virtues of war and life.

    Deal with it.

Just a general note to you metalheads. Take time off from your metal & chill and enjoy your life. You can always come back to it in time.

Music should serve you not the other way around. No one care about anyone proving themselves to be the most epic metalhead. Music is music and life is life.

Life has been though for the past several years, we cling to what makes us stronger and connected. Try ambient, classical, jazz & Pink Floyd for a change!

I see music as a spiritual thing related to life. We go through different phases of life - feel and like different things. Ultimately getting to the calm and flowing statet should be the key.

That seemed a little bit out of the blue, but I agree. You might like epicloud by devintownsend, it has a church choir used throughout the album, pretty emotional experience and not really metal although the artist has a lot of metal albums. Beautiful vocals if that's your thing. I linked it in my last post, his album Ghost is super serene and peaceful too.

Dude, you don't really know what we listen to. I'm a metalhead when I'm in the mood. I also listen to some classical, jazz, and I love 70s and 80s pop. No more evangelizing, ok.

Sorry, but don't know much about evangelizing.

Metal/Rock has been the most enjoyable for me. Just don't want to attract some stupid headphone geek OCD nervosa here.

Too many words, you need Blur.

P.S. This song was originally a parody on the heavier genres at the time. By sheer irony it became a classic.

Think of this as my blogpost about some post I had here with @Psalmanazar and other Friends. Plus recant philosophy discussions...

Actually, don't give a Crapp what people think about Slayer, the war, the audio gear, tbh. I know what I believe and like. We are all hypocrates at the end of the day...

Yeah, get yourself into some stupid OCD patterns. Try to prove Chart 1 measurements are better than Chart 2 measurements or these ear budds are Bettteer. Cuz Deep down I believe I am also "Better." I am So interested in what you have to say so that you can fall into my hypocritical shitty snare. So I can Prove I don't give a shit about you deep down.Otherwise I wouldn't have messed with you.

Moreover, you probably were triggered/attracted by some thought or belief to begin with, then 2weeks later you are arguing over some other nonsense because you are used do it.

Does some bitch/dork believe he/she does not have to suck up to anyone?! So what... Why don't you prove theme wrong then? #hypocrite

Sometimes it is better to just let go...

You need to Play, but all games get old soon. Your life your decisions. #allthesewastedmoments
