From the looks of it, it's a portable unit. The only line in is a 3.5mm TRS (with an RCA -> 3.5 adapter included). Asking price is $700. The energizer doesn't look very promising given that form factor. The pin layout looks slightly different from the ones I've seen before for Stax, but that could just be a misprint on the diagram.

I was thinking the same thing. That form factor includes a lithium ion battery, so I don't know how they could get a proper amp and energizer into that thing. Also curious if it would work with other amps (Koss, Stax). I think this whole thing is super suspect.

It's hilarious that Monoprice, at $699 (amp included) can manage to build what seems to be a proper cable, while Chifiman at $6k can't do it :D

I'm sure these will have their own set of issues too (Monoprice, duh), but the comparison is hilarious

If the drawing is anywhere close to accurate, the headphone jack looks incompatible with either Stax or Koss. That is not to say that one couldn't build an adapter cable, although considering the price, it may not be worth the effort.

Oh, and the input impedance of the amp is specified as 1 kilohm. This is considerably lower than most solid state amps, which commonly run around 10 kilohms or more. Stax amps run around 50 kilohms input impedance.
