I might see in a few years if we could get access to the anechoic chamber here on campus...

 

I might be able to get us access/hosted space at blink high end audio in cambridge if anyone is interested.

 

I'd definitely be interested in a meetup! (Boston-area would be ideal but I'm willing to drive.) This Saturday wouldn't work (it's Yom Kippur), but I'm pretty flexible other than that.

 

I can't make this weekend and can confirm that tim from blink high end audio in cambridge said he was interested in hosting if we could work out timing. I believe there was a couple of other hosting offers. I need about three weeks notice so I am not traveling during the weekend myself. Hope to see folks,

 

I am more or less out of town until March/April next year. Spending most of my time now in Georgia for project work...

 

Hey guys - yea probably Mid - End of October. would work. Everyone needs a bit of time to figure out schedules, etc. @Lou Casadonte can you see what dates might be available?

I reached out today for dates and times and will let you know as soon as I can. Hopefully we can end up with a choice and weekend that works for everyone.

 

I do the reverse commute in that I live in DC but work in providence monday through friday. I hope we can pick a weekend where I'll just stay in providence.

 

That is a pretty wild commute. Im sure we can make something work.

Thanks for responding to the Head-Fi ad as well, I will try to keep things current on both sides. Most of the people (or the ones with decent gear) are here anyway.

 

Ok Tim from Blink High End Audio is setting up a new studio right now and may be able to host something one weekend in november. I thought I'd see if we had a consensus and bring the date to him. His studio is in cambridge. I'd probably be available any weekend other than thanksgiving.

 

2nd or 3rd weekends in Nov would work very well for me. Saturdays might be slightly better as Sundays are reserved for Patriots. Anyone else with thoughts?

I'm free all weekends in November other than the 24th-26th (I'll be in Maryland). I should be free all the weekends in October other than this weekend (since the Jewish Holiday Season isn't over till Oct 13th).

Hey guys - what do you think about the weekend of the 11-12. Pats play late so either Saturday or Sunday would work for me. Chime in with what works for you, we will go with consensus and what works when Lou hears back from Blink

@Lou Casadonte is currently talking to Blink High End in Cambridge, MA (across the bridge from Boston).

@batriq came up from Southern CT / NY area one of the last times we met. I seem to remember a few other CT guys as well?

 

I am in Hartford CT now, and can probably go if it's in Boston area or closer.

 

@JoshMorr I'm going to be in Brazil that weekend assuming I get the visa of course!

 

11th or 12th of November both work for me.
