If you running it as BT receiver, that was always bit more draining. You can firstly try to do battery run with local files playback, to see how the battery is doing and if it really needs replacement.

They are Chinese dealer, not directly Shanling, but they can sell replacement parts. Just not sure if they do batteries right now, their shipping can be tricky.

I know there is bunch of random shops selling replacement batteries on Aliexpress, but it's not something we tested.

Shenzhen Audio used to sell our replacement parts, until they decided not to do that anymore.
