Scrub much? I run separate hydroelectric dams for digital and analog stage power.

....please. If he didn't bother to use silver windings in his personal transformer, then it was a huge waste of time.

If your wife says in regard to either your personal utility pole or your stereo equipment: “If I take it away from him, he will lose the motivation to live,” then you're doing it wrong. “At first, it felt strange to have a concrete pole in my yard,” he says. “But now it’s part of my home and I feel attached to it.”

On the other hand, his own utility pole cost only a few thousand dollars more than Shunyata's top power conditioner so it almost seems like a bargain.

Sounds like a product for Synergistic Whatnot to take up. They can even fill a tubular post with sand!

somewhere in the middle of not doing anything and this:

I paid a few hundred bucks when we bought our house to have two dedicated 20A lines run to my office/listening room and I felt like the expense was worth it.

That Elon Musk power wall might be a good solution for Audio. You might have to run some sort of inverter but you would be free of most of the main audionervosa with regards to power issues.

Some of the features might get you killed though, especially if you want to watch a Harry Potter DVD at the same time.

    Interesting read:

Why do audiophiles pay so much more for better audio quality which is actually very hard to notice?:

"In my life, audio may be the most important. Well, maybe my girlfriend, both are equally important."
IIRC I think I saw these 100K speakers in a recent issue of MJ audio magazine.

victim shaming at its most vile.

"He was asking for it. He was driving too fast and watching a movie in a car that's known for driving fast, comes with a large screen, and drives itself!"
