    Sadie - left - is Lily's mom (we think, came from Appalachian "folk")
    Obi - center - "failed" show dog
    Lily - right - Sadie's daughter (or niece or 2nd cousin, or.....)

    All rescues were from the south where beagles are treated more like lawn equipment then pets...

    My avatar is the newest edition, Rosie. She shouldn't be with us because her first owner shot her is the face. She wandered for a couple weeks before she was found, brought to the vet, then taken up north for adoption.

    Reggie loves to hide out in his flower pot hut. Recently it was decorated (rather poorly) with Strawberry Shortcake stickers. He wasn't so sure at first, but he's back to enjoying his hideout despite its emasculating exterior.

    Freedy passed away two weeks ago at 17 years of age and we miss him terribly. Here is my wife's favorite pic where he mistakes our meal for his own. Will post pics of our little girl cat who keeps ticking at 18.

    This thread has come alive again so it's time for an update...

    Fingerbite is still going strong. Stronger than ever really as she has started to moult. That's right, SHE. According to the markings that have developed on her shell, FB is actually female, which goes some way to explain her mood swings and seemingly irrational behaviour at times...

    When yabbies moult they hibernate for a few days then drop their shell and 'level up'. +2 STR, +3 DEX, etc. FB is now 20cm long with claws the size of my thumbs. The fear is real.
