    What's confusing about that? It's a no feedback, China seller, scamming 4 poor eBay buyers, until they realize they've been scammed and ask for their money back. That is all.

    In bare possibility, if they are true, that will be a surprise...(I've checked about the Chinese city the seller located, is the same city which the HM headquarters landed...Maybe it's a troll.)
