Hard to pick a favorite (like asking a child: mom or dad?)...I don't know which one, but I'm listening to Voyager too many times lately.
My vote goes to Voyager, but the whole Discovery album is a masterpiece.

For me, Daft Punk reaches the peak of their powers with their album Alive 2007. The intro and build up during the first track, Robot Rock / Oh Yeah, still gives me chills every time the beat drops at about 1:20 in.

My get the figurative crap beat out of me by SBAF for this, but not a single one of their songs for me.

I really appreciate what they do and the very high level they do it at. That they actually care so much about the sound aspects. Like many, I use a lot of their music to test certain aspects of audio equipment, etc. And maybe I'm being unfair b/c I haven't heard every single song of theirs before. But I just don't get anything at a personal enjoyment level when I listen to their music.

No need to worry. We'll have a poll for K-pop and Japanese anime music too.

Touch, Digital Love, Around the World.

My favorite album, though, is Alive 2007. That's Daft Punk in their prime for me.

Daft Punk have to be seen live in my opinion. The bigger PA the better. The albums just don’t do the experience justice.

My fist choice would have to be Da Funk, then a lot of runners up.

Will poll include lots of sleazy anime pictures and anorexic looking k-pop stars to help expedite decisions?

In all seriousness, I know next to nothing about these 2 genres.

Had to vote for "Da Funk," one of the best examples of early Daft Punk that defines their sound. They know their influences and will make you at least bop your head in approval because you are human. Their mastery of the groove is something to admire.

Just took R.A.M. off the Sol and in my perfect reality, every album is recorded, produced, and pressed as well as that album on vinyl. Such a great experience. That said, Giorgio by Moroder is my favorite of theirs.

One More Time due to Interstellar 5555 and them getting Leji Matsumoto on board was crazy for it's time.

Life Back To Music for the rhythm guitar.
