    A thing of beauty! :D

@Michael Kelly: Looking at the 3D, did you pull out the fall-back "compatibility mode" PLL crystal, since you modified it to work with the digi+ PRO drivers?

I am definitely interested in purchasing one of these boards as I move my music collection off a giant linux server and onto a RPi3 system. Just have to tell me when and how!

Micheal, you exceeded every expection... Imho you nailed it. The board has everything one could have wished for... apart from an espresso machine :D
The I2S possibility is the cherry on the cake!

    Man, I'm so interested...

The Kali does look very interesting. Here's is a link that discusses running the WM8804 in slave mode: http://www.diyaudio.com/forums/digital-line-level/283153-pair-wm8804s-one-master-one-slave.html.

@Michael Kelly I'd also like to buy one as soon as they're ready. Preorder list?

My Modi Multibit is suffering having been moved from the toslink of my PC's audio interface to the USB of a Pi. Ordered the digi+ to keep things going until this thing is ready.

The PCB's have arrived and we will be testing week after next. We're still grappling with our move.

Sorry we created the buzz and took so long to finish.

    Cheers,
    Michael
