Schiit Eitr and Modi MB not being detected by PC

    My PC is not detecting either of my Modi Multibit or my Eitr. I have another external DAC and it connects to my PC with the same cable and port. When I try to reinstall the drivers on the Schiit website I get the message "please connect the cmedia USB 2.0 audio device", even though the device is connected and turned on. The device does not show up in the Device Manager. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this?
