Looks like the 3-way classic is making a comeback. JBL L100 re-released at CES

    Love the orange!

A local shop has some restored originals that nearly came home with me, but they didn’t pass wife approval. :(

I would think the compact size compared to towers would make them a bit more WAF friendly.

Sort of related, but there's got to be someone out there that makes custom cloth grills with whatever design you want.

True. Reproduction grill covers are easily available, but it’s more an issue because I dig the blue. It’s part of the appeal of the speaker, adding to its character.

Related to what I mentioned earlier, here is the Cornu Spiral Speaker

I would have thought these were more wife friendly than many speakers.

Even I expect that speakers, especially bigger ones, should be liveable-with furniture. I think these are gorgeous.

Or the Dahlquist @spwath has. Although the problem with open baffles is that they need space from the wall.

Not sure if these need too much space, as the baffles are pretty small, and the lows are covered by a sealed woofer.
But they are not too pretty, at least stock.

It's not strictly speaker porn (maybe we should start another thread?), but I bought one of these today. It's a "flea watt" class A integrated amp. Reasonably priced too.

In a similar vein are the Nagra PMA monoblocks:

No idea. You have to position one in Great Yarmouth and one in Penzance, otherwise the morphic resonances don't work properly.

Also, monocrystal interconnects should be aligned West to East. You won't believe the prices at that length though.

You should use these amps in an Atmos system with speakers positioned like Stonehenge

Now there's an idea for a surround-sound system.

It's from a brand called 'Diablo', apparently European made, I don't have much details besides that.
