Oh man was just waiting for you to be here! Please let us know how Piety works with your modded orthos!

But yeah @CEE TEE is something else. I had suspicion that it might only be just him doing everything (didnt believe it fully yet because well, it is a lot). And on top of that, he even answered my email asking what does 'Nitsch' mean out of all things...

I figured it was meant to be niche, but a HUGE typo.

I think you’re thinking of Pavane - I mean Psvane. As I understand, they made a typo on their name and just rolled with it.

@Cspirou I slipped and meant steel.

One more day of day work craziness before ten days off, which will hopefully give me time to listen to this amp while working through my pile personal projects in Fusion 360…

I thought it was meant to be Nietzsche but he ran out of letters in the scrabble bag.

Think he wouldnt have a problem with me sharing this:

    "Hi Trung,

    Thanks for the question…I’m half-German.

I combined “niche” with my great grandparent’s last name.

Also, I’m inspired by my time at Massdrop, DIY, and what Schiit has been able to do for our hobby. :) "

Also, what time did you rush to complete your order? Got mine at 12:03 :sail:

Ha! I was being facetious, but that's great!

I was going to pick one of these up...... but between Canadian shipping, customs and taxes it comes out costing a lot more than cheap-and-cheerful-plaything for me. But considering the wonderful community buzz, sales will surely go wonderfully. I look forward to reading everyone's impressions on what I miss out on!

If you're around QC or ON, there is a good chance you could try mine later!

Happy Piety day, SBAF. I picked up mine from the Nitsch worldwide headquarters and have been putting it through the paces. I've got to say, I half wondered if this little sexy device could live up to the hype. Could any device for that matter? Well.... I was not let down. This sound at this price is a real achievement. Congrats to @CEE TEE and to everybody else involved in the collaboration.

Sound-wise, in a nutshell: It's a great little amp. No solid state haze, nice sense of 3D space, snap and swing, and a touch of magic in the mids. Easy to find a spot for. Well suited to both a mini vinyl or Modi Multibit stack. Tube amps can now be relegated to space heater duty.

Now we need to get someone to make covers for our lokis and modi multibits that matches the color scheme of Piety....
