My question was not accidental. In 2007, Russia adopted a document called " on approval Of the strategy for the development of the electronic industry in Russia for the period up to 2025"

This document contains the following text:

The introduction of nanotechnologies should further expand the depth of their penetration into the daily life of the population. Each individual must be constantly connected to global information and control networks such as the Internet.

Nanoelectronics will integrate with biological objects and provide continuous monitoring of their life support, improving the quality of life, and thus reduce social expenditures of the state.

Built-in wireless nanoelectronic devices that ensure constant human contact with the surrounding intellectual environment will be widely distributed, and means of direct wireless contact of the human brain with objects, vehicles, and other people will become widespread. The circulation of such products will exceed billions of pieces per year due to its widespread distribution.

Domestic industry must be prepared for this challenge, since the ability to produce all the components of network systems will mean establishing de facto control over all their users, which is unacceptable for many countries in terms of preserving their sovereignty. A similar point of view is held by EU experts in connection with the global expansion of electronics manufacturers from South-East Asia and the intention of the United States to ensure a permanent technological leadership in this area. Therefore, in the period 2016-2025, we should expect another strengthening of the role of electronics in the life of society and be economically ready for a new round of global competition of countries based on nanoelectronic technology.

I'm guessing Guccifer 2 / GRU then Alex Jones.
Luckily it works by disabling critical thinking, so a lot of people won't need it.

Protecting their customers too. One infected cashier can do a lot damage these days. In my neighborhood in Toronto the best prepared are small Chinese stores: plexi screens at cash registers, masks, gloves etc... Large supermarkets or drugstores did not bother.

Oh yes, I believe this shit 100%, no identity collected, that's why I get targeted adds o my perfectly traceable IP address at home whenever I search for cat food on my phone.
But no, they will not collect any identity info, at least until some government agency ask them politely to do just that. Is it the same system that was used in Wuhan?

Why is there a part of me that just doesn't quite trust Bill Gates, founder of Microsoft? I dunno.

Read that the # of deaths might be jumping up (especially in NY) as they add to the totals people who died outside of the hospital but weren't necessarily tested. Seems like more of a "truing-up" to what's really going on versus daily spike of actual events, so hard to do an apples-to-apples comparison.

As I understand from the article, state's governor Gretchen Whitmer stopped the state's economic life by not providing economic assistance to the state's residents?
If so, I understand the outrage of the state's citizens. The taxpayer is entitled to state assistance in case of emergencies.

Or did I translate this article incorrectly?

Closing down all non-essential businesses doesn't come with economic assistance.

Yeah, possibly. Those from UP can be a bit different. They also make up only ~3% of Michigan's total population, although the UP is 17% of the state's land mass. Detroit's metro area alone has ~14x the population of the entire UP.
