As far as I can tell, Amazon is selling it at the same price without the rebate ($139). For some reason a higher prices vendor is listed on the product page, but if you go to other sellers you'll see the $139 price from Amazon.

 

Double check that Amazon is an authorized fostex dealer.

Not the prettiest cable, but well-spec'd and easy to chop down and re-terminate for a custom length. Was worried it was a price mistake and they wouldn't honor the price, but Amazon shipped (just got mine) without issue. 1M and 2M are still at regular retail price.

I ultimately dropped $6 for about 1,000 or so tracks. These sets are on spotify, but I figured it was worth owning the rights to a handful of the classics. Ended up grabbing the baroque box 1, baroque box 2, baroque choral box, renaissance choral box, big purcell box and big chill box. Should keep me going on the classical front for a while!
