TIDAL voucher for 6 month HiFi trial

Yep, that's what I'm talkin' about, the wall of Jay-Z that you get on login. Sadly, I don't see a way to hide an artist or say "not interested" the way you can with a lot of recommendation engines (not that this would help, looks like they're just shoving it down peoples' throats explicitly right now).

 

Unless you're looking at a different one this is a separate instance than the February code of just 'SPRINT'. That code stopped working a day or two after it came out and I think adding the numbers just popped up this week.

 

Well considering the sizable investment that Softbank put into tidal if the money isn't making to them, it never will. Tidal is now just a gimmick to prop up Sprint usage numbers.

 

Went to check to see how often they actually send emails. Didn't see any. It actually turns out the emails are being sent so frequently that they were automatically put into my 'junk' folder, which is why I wasn't seeing them at all.

My account was adjusted to the original 6 month free trial, as expected. Still happy to get to use it, though an annoying amount of music isn't at HIFI bitrates (not that I can really tell). I think I still like to purchase individual albums when I find something I love and use Amazon Prime music for background music.

 

They caught on, it's generating an error when going to voucher. Login or logout/clear cache/different browser, same scenario.

 

Yeah, I was already on a 6 month free trial and I got another one added so a year of Tidal. Woohoo!

 

Did you have to create a new Tidal account every time you apply a new freebie code? That's certainly been my experience.

My other half saw Jay-Z recently, and they gave away free 6 month trial vouchers. It didn't work for me: http://tidal.com/444tour2017. In looking into it I came across another one that did: http://tidal.com/miafans.

You have to set-up a new account with a different email address to use the offer, but I know a workaround for your playlists. To get lossless you have to go to the subscription section after you've signed up and hit upgrade on the HIFI package, this will get you lossless but it’ll reduce the trial length to 3 months. Also don't forget to cancel the subscription if you do not want to be automatically charged at the end of the trial.

Once that is done you can use http://soundiiz.com to transfer your playlists from your current/previous account to another service like spotify, then transfer from spotify to your new Tidal account.

It'll save you $60/£60. Merry Christmas, fellas and felletes.

 

Good stuff. I picked up a cd from Best buy to get another 6 months free, but with the constant promotions like the one you posted, I'm starting to hope I can squeeze another year or two for free.

 

I will finish up a free year in Feb I believe.
