These headphones are really lovely sounding. Not grainy, clean, open, controlled. I like it a lot. Gonna have to buy a pair.

Comfort is not bad at all. It is a bit clunky in hand and putting it on makes you have to wiggle a good fit in place but it distributes pressure evenly when worn

Are production earpads already designed for Verum 1? Any photos or specs that could be shared with us? I have checked the Kickstarter page, the official page as well as searched through this thread briefly... but no luck.

Looking forward to see an actual production unit measured as we get closer to 2019 (to see how behaved treble region will be with production set of earpads). Not convinced yet this can take over duties of LCD2C w/ Vegan pads but the potential is surely there!
(I would buy a set even at twice the current advertised price if treble is just right on them. )

Yes, final design of pads is chosen. It is a 105mm in outer diameter, 60 mm opening, 30mm height NOT angle earpads made from quality pleather with soft foam inside. I've made few preproduction samples and will show them in updates on KS when I'll make at least few hundreds.

All Verum 1's will behave and measure the same. I don't make any changes into design except pads. I've chosen design that is close to dekoni pads that @cskippy likes most. Anyway from my point of view pads are consumables. Like tires on the car - don't like stock? Feel free to experiment.
