Listening to some Brit rock to get the blood flowing

Marc Bolan - Bang a Gong
Three and a half chords that made a million, but no gongs

Porcupine Tree - Four Chords that Made a Million
    No gongs here either

The Rolling Stones - Sympathy for the Devil
Four and a half chords that made a million - still no gongs, but lots of shaky and whacky things

    Queen - Bohemian Rhapsody
Lots of chords AND A GONG

Oh I love that Bilson box! Do you have favourite concertos? Mine is probably the no. 20 minor one!

The new mix of "Revolver" has dropped. Reminded me of three more-than-worthy covers of tracks from the album

Zoot (incl. a young Rick Springfield on guitar) - Eleanor Rigby

Earth, Wind & Fire - Got to Get You into My Life

    801 - Tomorrow Never Knows

Well, if you're looking for a good time, you're a bit late; we rolled up the sidewalks at a quarter to eight...

    Second for the video

Last week Scary Pockets dropped a funk cover of the Bee Gees' "Stayin' Alive." The singer is really growing on me, and having all girl singers works like a charm w/a BeeGees' tune. Travis Carlton is a monster bass player (the arrangement is near reggae pulled around his bass). I've seen him...he's too real for the room:
