I actually think Hosa cables are really decent for the money, they've served me well and the only real complaint I have is the one cable fits a little looser RCA jacks than the other one from them I have which bothers my "OCD" - though it's still plenty snug.

That said I still sorta have the desire to buy cables that look and feel a little nicer. But I also don't want to spend too much, which is probably going to limit my choices severely.

I need two RCA L/R pairs of about 10-15 feet and a 3.5mm to 2x 1/4" TS cable of the same length. If I went all Hosa this would cost me about $9 per 13 foot cable.

Is there anything out there you guys can recommend from between $9 per and maybe $18 or so per 13 feet where at the very least I'll get a more premium looking and feeling cable?

This should be in the "All Purpose Advice Thread".

For those prices, and for those lengths ... and that don't look like the nasty freebies that tend to come with bundled with any of the mass-market stuff:

KabelDirekt, MediaBridge and Monoprice ... in that order. All are available on Amazon.

Blue Jeans cable has what you need.

BJC are nice ... and local (to me), but they're 3-4x the requested price point.

Coincidentally these are the 3 brands of the last 3 cables I bought. I'm a sucker for bang-for-buck.

Pretty sure the standard refrain was going to be jack of your choice + belden/Gotham cable, pleasantly surprised.

Dude, chill. It's going to be OK if we have an extra thread now and again.

In fact, one could argue that it would be good to have a seperate thread the hold the reference material for questions that get asked frequently.

Either way, let's quit with the police state stuff and just have some good audio discussions.

Sorry to get so far off topic!
