WTB - PCIe Audio Interface with AES Digital Output

Looking for a PCIe card that has AES out and works with win 10. Preferably in the $200 range. Shipping to India.

Another option you might consider is buying an Eitr and using an AES/EBU transformer like this: Neutrik AES transformer [link]. You'd need to order (or make) a 75-ohm coax cable with an RCA termination on one end and BNC on the other. All in it would probably come in right around $250. @monacelli Thanks for all the links. Had not thought along those lines.
Actually I already have a spdif source (Mobos SPDIF header) that connects to AES input of my DAC (DACs AES is transformer coupled). What I want to explore is if using a dedicated AES transport make any difference.
