    Just a quick check to see if anyone has a pi-based streamer that would be suitable to use as a Roon endpoint and is looking to let it go or upgrade.

    Not looking for anything in particular in terms of hats or attached DACs, but a digital out other than what's on the PI is preferable. Target spend is around 100-150 USD.

    Oho, you just missed what could have been a good solution from ogodei.

    A new PI2AES and case would come in for around your budget - but if you're interested in a cheaper freebie, I have a HiFiBerry Digi+ HAT and clear case for HAT & RPi2B/3B that can be yours if you donate cost of postage to SBAF (you're on the East Coast, right? Should be under $10).

    This is the version without the output transformer, and doesn't include the Pi. The case won't fit the Pi4.
