    Not willing to part with my Valhalla, but I'll vouch for its quality. My only real basis for comparison I have is Jotunheim, but as much as I like that amp, the Valhalla gets 90% of my listening time despite lacking somewhat in clarity, extension, and transient speed. It just has that "grab you by the balls and won't let you stop listening" character to it. I bought it to help determine where I want to go with future upgrades, and it has convinced me that I want to go forward with tubes.
