The XLR cables that I bought long ago from Blue Jean Cable (Belden 1800F) have been great. Mogami Gold W2549 or 4-conductor W2534 are others.

Beyond that, @purr1n 's advice of better gear over cables is paramount. At some point, someone will figure out a reasonable cable budget per thousand dollars in gear.

Probably China, as with other $300-$1000 audiophile cables. Most are made by OEMs according to specifications of the designer. Generic spools are used, and packaged together with jackets, etc. The terminations might be sourced from elsewhere or also might be made in China. Final assembly could be in China or elsewhere. There are laws for saying made in USA or made in EU. So if it doesn't say where it is made, then it's probably China. China is very good at certain things, so made in China is not necessarily bad.

For my personal rule, when I can, I try to avoid buying products made in China.
Please can you recommend me an XLR cable, which has an excellent synergy with Rag, not built in China?
    thank you

I am a bit surprised that amazonbasic was recommended. I had several product failures with them -- experienced coaxial cables not shielded well and lightening cables occasionally rejected by iphone/ipad. They might not be representative for the entire products, but I can't really trust their QA. One of my funny experiences was that purchased two identical products, and one worked the other not. Cheap yes. Look nice yes. But qa reminded me of audeze in their notorious days.

@mark47 Why not go to Schiit? https://www.schiit.com/products/pyst-cables
(Not sure if they can make it longer with additional charges but contact them if needed)

Mogami Gold Studio XLR is also a good choice. Made in Japan.
