Sold: 2X Modded Bifrost Multibit (One Silver, One Black) with Gen 5 USB

I have really gone down the rabbit hole of exploring opamp-modded OG Bifrost multibit, and have some extras available to sell. I planned on keeping at least one of these, but instead, am going to opt for keeping the SFD-1 MKII as my backup/secondary DAC.

These are the newest board revisions that I found to sound better than the older models. Both have gen 5 USB installed and have been professionally modded. I have one in a black chassis that has OPA 1656 opamps installed in the DAC I/V and Servo sections, and one in silver that has OPA 1656 in the DAC I/V and OPA 2516 in the servo section. They both sound great/similar, the silver one is just a touch warmer, and the black is a touch faster.

Quite a few members around here have sung the praises of these, and I found it even compared decently with my Holo May went I was without it for a few weeks and used the Bifrost in my reference stack. For sure a significant step above the modded modi multibit. If you snagged a Piety, this DAC has incredible synergy for one of the best DAC/AMP stack you can get under $1k I would wager.

For $50 more than a regular, non-modded upcoming Modi Multibit ($299, according to Jason via the Corpus Christi cheapaudioman stream), you can get a huge step up with these! The black one even has a "B" serial number, which I've read sounds better than the older analog version. But @Inoculator said both have the newest boards, so you should be good with either!

Edit: If I didn't have an A1 Gungnir I would be all over these.
