    I'm in LA area if you want to pick up. I purchased from @Josh83 a year ago here and only used a handful of times. I can't find the original ad but has everything it came with: (i) original box (a little beat up), (ii) an after-market carry case, (iii) the headphones, (iv) single ended cable, and (v) the CH 800S balanced cable.
