WTB AKG 712 Pro

for some odd reason, i crave listening to these.
if anyone has a set that is gathering dust somewhere (mebbe because you have heard them and went blaah) and are wanting to make room for other things, let me know.
this is kinda a strange desire of mine.

I always mention this, but you can get a new K612 Pro for cheaper than the K712 and (in my opinion) it's a better headphone anyways.

I think Custom Cans can do balance for the 612 if it’s just swapping out the mini-xlr3 for a mini-xlr4. Just email them.

You probably wouldn’t want to DIY unless you know what you’re doing.

 

612 is fixed cable like the 701.
702 and 712 have the mini XLR.

 

I see. Probably still can ask CC if they can customize the 612 for balance.
